Most recently, People Psyence® was engaged by a major pharmaceutical company in Malaysia to review their competency model, as well as to design and implement two separate assessment tracks for senior leaders and middle managers. The assessment results were used for the purpose of workforce development and succession planning. The enhanced competency model was embedded into HR and OD initiatives as reference points to achieve business goals. Besides providing the assessed individuals comprehensive insights into their strengths and development needs, the exercise also helped create better alignment among the workforce.
